Answer from presenter Pseudomonas is a type of bacteria (germ) that is found commonly in the environment, like in soil and in water.In 1882, Gessard first discovered Pseudomonas. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common encapsulated, Gram-negative, facultatively aerobic, rod-shaped bacterium that can cause disease in plants and animals, including humans.
2 Question from Dr. Ainihayati binti Abdul Rahim Is there any abiotic control was conducted to determined the effect of the physical parameters (temperature and pH) and environmental factors eg: light toward the Tartrazine dye?
Answer from presenter In this study, we use UV lamp to degrade the tartrazine dye
